Project Groups' Responsibilities
The Project Groups' primary function is to secure and manage the warehousing, collection, and shipping of books to communities and individuals across the globe. They work under the supervision of and collaboration with the MBC Management Team. They consist of the following teams:
Book Warehousing & Management Team
Book Warehousing & Management Team
The entire management team shall work along with the Book Warehousing and Management Team to find spaces to temporarily store books until we ship them
Book Collection Brigade
Book Collection Brigade
The entire management team shall work along with the Book Book Collection Brigade to launch book drives and collect books from other sources, including individual book owners, book stores, and libraries, to name a few, and transport them to temporary secure locations.
Book Shipping Team
Book Shipping Team
The entire management team shall work with the Book Shipping Team to ensure the books we collect and store are delivered to the proper recipients.
